Adrien Roustan founded this property, named after the god of mountains, inspired by its high-altitude plot in Gigondas. With apprenticeships at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti in Burgundy and Turley in California, he brought a wealth of knowledge to his vineyard, converting to organic farming and adopting biodynamic methods by 2020. His enchanting Gigondas is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, and 10% Cinsault. The wine offers a delicate bouquet of peony, garrigue, licorice, graphite, and dark berries. On the palate, it reveals a juicy core of rich, dark fruit, velvety tannins, and an elegant, peppery finish that lingers. This captivating wine is set to age gracefully over the next decade.
