Here is a moderately priced Cabernet Sauvignon that is pretty tightly wound at present but promises to soften and unwind over time. It is showing black cherry, raspberry and high-toned spice at present, with presently firm grip. It’s a good bet that it will far exceed normal quality-to-price ratios with a few years more in the bottle. Contains 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec, 4% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc.
