This big and bold Cabernet Sauvignon-heavy (84%) Bordeaux blend displays suave tannins and a luxurious texture, which makes it fine for current consumption. It is clearly fruity, yet balancing savory, olive-like, flavors emerge. There is even a trace of bitterness in the finish. This is a powerhouse wine with some elegance — what I call “a steakhouse wine.”
