Acumen continues to roll out beautiful wines like this Sauvignon Blanc, made in a very approachable style that still manages to muster layered complexity. There’s a lot going on as is usually the case with winemaker Philip Titus at the helm, and a little oak in the mix ads depth to the pineapple, melon and stone fruit notes. Bright acidity is rounded off slightly by the wood, and the finish carries an intermingling of fruit, spice and a little toast. Delightful.
