If you’re new to the brand, Adami makes some of the best Proseccos and also one of the best ranges in variations on the Prosecco theme in its portfolio. Brut Nature with slight variations in spelling is a sparkling wine standard, one that at times can be a bit severe, which is perhaps why Prosecco’s naturally fruitiness lends itself especially well to that style. Here, the flavors are of crisp apples and green gooseberries with good bubble intensity and great length on the palate.
