Another tasty wine from Bibiana Gonzales Rave. Cherry, raspberry and damp earth minerality aromas draw out in layers, and are seamlessly integrated in the mouth, with a medium plus finish. I like the textural development here. Give it a good decanting in near term if you elect not to lay it down to age, and serve with salmon or beef.
