Aromas of spun sugar and apple, with a pleasant herb note. It’s bright on the palate as Crémants go, with lively acidity, a fine mousse and a fairly simple apple fruit profile with a pleasant bitters note in the finish. Long lees aging adds a soft toasty note that adds depth from start to finish. If you like you fizz on the lighter side but still with good complexity this is built for you.
