A blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan, this mellow red wine from the Southern Rhône region has a lot going for it, including plenty of savory red fruit flavors and a smooth texture. The grapes come from mature vines, some of them 30 years old. This versatile wine adapts easily to many different foods, from poultry to meats to hearty pasta dishes.
