Annually, Erni Loosen releases a 3-year, 5-year and 10-year-old Pinot Noir from his Willamette Estate, a lovely reward for wine lovers who like drinking wines at different stages of development. The 2013 is quite lively with mature fruit – plums and ripe red cherries – good weight, and bright acidity to go along with its metallic minerality.
