Attilio Ghisolfi’s “Bussia, Bricco Visette" is a bold, rustic style Barolo that you can actually enjoy near term if desired. That said, it still has the stuffing to age a while. It’s on the riper side, with spot-on varietal and regional character and structure, and while it’s relatively ripe, it is reined in well. Bring on the Bollito Misto for a fabulous pairing experience.
