A brightly stylized Pinot Noir that shows Saigon cinnamon over big red cherry, softer fall spice and sweet oak scents. The cherry takes the lead on the palate, with notes of cola joining the rest of the elements promised by the nose, all driving with intensity through a long blooming finish. Fish or fowl as a foil, please! Contains clones 114, 115 and Dijon.
