This vineyard only cements its reputation with this 2013 bottling. It’s a big, rich wine that’s delicious now and will improve with up to ten years in your cellar. Clone 777 tends to the fruit driven end of the variety, and it delivers here as expected, with cherry, soft raspberry, sweet cola and pie spice aromas and flavors. The acid balance really makes it all work together and finish long and plush, but with enough grip to signify a long life. Great stuff!
