Bridlewood’s 2013 Paso Robles Cabernet is a serious contender for value Cab of the year. At the price the dimension and character of this solid red from the Central Coast might surprise, but Bridlewood is an old hand at delivering bang for the buck. This vintage exhibits blackberry and black cherry aromas, with good density through the middle palate and persistence in the finish. Fire up the grill!
