There is a firm grip here that I don’t associate with Pinot Noir often, but this particular site seems to show it frequently. It makes for a deep dark, earth driven expression that will lead some to guess it’s a different variety, but it’s just another factor to the chameleon that Pinot Noir can be. It’s ready for a marbled beef steak, and the sweet oak kiss on the finish will keep you coming back for more.
