Each year the producer puts aside 3,000 bottles of this Sangiovese-based blend to be released in 10 years, which is a definite commitment to show the ageability of reds from this Chianti neighbor. The wine has luscious texture with dark berry flavors that are somewhat obscured by the still-dominant tannins. Age this for another 5 to 10 years perhaps?
