This is a pretty tasteful, almost restrained rendition of Petite Sirah, which basically means rather reserved aromas and fairly soft structure, but make no mistake: This is certainly full of powerful, persistent flavors. Certainly a wine built for food, this is nevertheless a rather rare rendition of the variety that could be enjoyed on its own as well. A Double Gold award winner at the 2018 Toast of the Coast Wine Competition.
