Their Les Serines is a cuvée drawn from their best parcels in Saint-Joseph, including older vines overlooking the Rhône River. The steep slopes and persistent winds demand en échalas trellising and fully hand-harvested fruit. Made from 100% Syrah, Les Serines marries elegance with power. The red and black fruit is fresh and slightly tart, and it integrates seamlessly into a tannin structure marked by leather and white pepper.
