Cedar + Salmon, Willamette Valley (Oregon) Pinot Noir 2023 ($23)

Here is a Pinot Noir that offers light, but very lightish, cherry flavors that fade a bit in the finish in spite of good acidity. In overall impact, it seems a bit more like a pink than a red wine, although a pleasant one.
