Pinotage, South Africa’s signature red grape, is not always as successful as Greywacke from Chamonix. This wine is deeply colored, and it has complex aromas and flavors dominated by tangy red fruits plus a tug of spice and hint of dark chocolate. With its medium body and silky texture, Greywacke is a thoroughly enjoyable wine.
