Lively lanolin is the calling card on the nose of Chestnut Grove’s 2021 Verdelho, with nectarine and soft lemon accents. All comes alive on the palate, with a fine tuned balance of viscosity and acidity, finishing long with a lemon accent. Manjimup, Western Australia is a new appellation to me, and based on this wine further investigation is required.
