Conde Vimioso’s Sommelier Edition is a blend of Aragonez (Tempranillo), Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah that is very well integrated, with supple structure carrying, blackberry, blueberry, soft cinnamon, soft bell pepper and moderate oak toast. It lingers long with nothing vying for attention as an individual component. I’m leaning toward moderate strength cheese with this crowd pleaser.
