Washington may not be the first location you think of as a Sauvignon Blanc source, but this glass makes a great argument that you should place it near the top of your list. It’s spot-on in every way, with great acidity carrying the tart side of the flavor spectrum from the front to the back in crisp, refreshing style. Careful, though; this is so easy to drink that you might look like the front label when you’re done with it.
