I love this style of Pinot Noir – it is light in color, but that’s the only thing it is light on. Deep aromatics include cherry, strawberry, pie spice and dry earth minerality, and they all translate into flavors that ride racy acidity through a long finish that is already fully integrated. It’s built for seafood or lighter tapas, and I find it refreshing as a solo glass. Beautiful wine!
