Located just southwest of Sancerre, Menetou-Salon is a small region in the heart of the Loire Valley, known for producing elegant and pure Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaker David Girard founded his domaine in 2003 at just 20 years old. His Sauvignon Blanc showcases a pale straw-yellow hue and a vibrant, aromatic nose with notes of citrus and minerality. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and smooth, with hints of anise and a refined acidity. This refreshing wine pairs beautifully with a variety of salads and seafood.
