Part of the Maison Georges Dubœuf portfolio, Domaine de Grand Croix reflects over four centuries of Beaujolais winemaking heritage. Among the Beaujolais crus, Brouilly stands out as one of my favorites—earthy, mineral, and grounded, with a distinctly masculine edge that pairs beautifully with hearty dishes or red meat. This bottling delivers bright acidity, vibrant tart red fruit, graphite-like minerality, and a touch of wet leaves and potting-soil earthiness. Its structure makes it an excellent chillable red—serve slightly cool, around cellar temperature.
