With its easygoing charm and grace this 2017 little gem offers both the structure and length found in many of this vintage’s white Burgundies. It hits the spot as an aperitif and can follow up tastily at the dinner table as well. This versatile wine partners beautifully with sushi, or pork roast and even with egg-centric dishes such as quiche.
