Budwood from Prohibition-era Zinfandel vines was grafted onto new rootstock, perpetuating the old-vine character in this Zinfandel. It is intense without being overripe, with vibrant black raspberry and black cherry fruit, savory black olive and licorice notes, and soft, supple tannins. A pleasure to drink.
