If this wine is any indication, run to make your purchases now. This couldn’t be any purer aromatically, and the palate follows suit, delivering the promised peach, honey and spice over clarion acidity and finishing with a pleasantly soft bitter herb note. Winemaker Chris Eberle is getting pretty good at this.
