Born from Familia Torres’ ambitious project to revive pre-phylloxera grape varieties once thought lost, it celebrates Forcada, a remarkable white grape native to northeastern Spain. Naturally high in acidity and intensely aromatic, Forcada stands out as the only white ancestral variety—of more than 50 recovered by Familia Torres. A slow-ripening, long-season variety, it maintains freshness and vibrancy even under heat, and has been officially authorized by the DO Penedès since 2018.
