I don’t believe I’ve ever reviewed a wine from this cru, and certainly not at this level. It shows very good depth of flavor and impressive concentration and weight on the palate, yet stays pure and proportioned on the palate all the way through the long, detailed finish. First tasted blind and then re-tasted because of my unfamiliarity with the vineyard, it earned exactly the same score in both assessments.
