Frenzy Wines, Marlborough (New Zealand) Sauvignon Blanc 2021

 Frenzy wines are made by the Paua Bay winery, and this Sauvignon Blanc is a blend from several vineyards in and around the town of Blenheim.  If you are looking for a real value in Kiwi Sauvignon, here’s a good candidate.  It offers a lively grassy and lime aromas, and the fresh green streak continues into the flavors.  Tight and firm on the palate, it has a hint of lemon zest in the aftertaste.  It could benefit from more ripe fruit, but the aroma is right on target.  For current enjoyment.  Good value.
