Bright and lively in texture and flavor, with hints of blueberry and strawberry lifted by subtle earthiness and just a touch of oak, this is a Pinot Noir made to be enjoyed with a meal. While it will certainly go nicely with medium hearty foods (lamb chops, lentils, salmon), I had it recently with a somewhat more delicate grilled striped bass, which was a luscious pairing indeed.
