This is a quite successful rendering of Cabernet Sauvignon, showing plenty of aroma and flavor without any excess weight, sweetness or oak. Tastefully restrained, this will work well with any red meat dish, but can also prove successful with somewhat lighter fare like grilled veal or roasted duck. A Double Gold award winner at the 2017 Toast of the Coast Wine Competition.
