Not only has Husch Vineyards remained dedicated to Chenin Blanc for many years, but they continue to produce one of the best examples in California, if not the world. Just slightly off dry, it shows vibrant stone fruit, red apple and stony minerality on a viscous midpalate that turns crisp and lemon zesty in the freshening finish. As Chenin Blanc goes, it’s a big wine worthy of a big score.
