It’s pretty hard to find this kind of complexity and overall quality at this price. Jacob’s Creek often hits the mark, and this Merlot delivers the goods in the form of bright cherry, vanilla, tobacco leaf and spice, with supple grip and an integrated finish that is quite food friendly. This is the kind of wine that could start a profitable wine program in a small restaurant. A Platinum Award winner at the 2017 Critics Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
