Burgundy’s other white grape makes some pretty tasty wine, as evidenced here. A nose of white flowers, melon and pear translates well on the palate, and a viscous texture turns crisp in the finish. This could work with oysters as well as tossed green salads. A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 Sommelier Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
