A blend of barrel fermented and stainless steel fermented lots, this shows rich butterscotch aromas with apple, pear, and melon notes. Though the wine spent only four months in oak, it shows plenty of barrel character, and yet it keeps natural acidic pop that keeps the finish lingering. It’s a crowd pleaser with plenty of interest for those in the crowd looking for more than the hum-drum.
