A fine expression of Cabernet Franc that embraces the variety’s peppery side, playing it perfectly off the ripe red fruit and easy oak toast. There’s plenty of acidity to carry it all, freshening the finish and extending it into the distance. This could go with white or red meat and elevate the meal nicely.
