This is a very successful Prosecco from a fresh, non-vintage-dated lot. It shows open floral aromas and juicy fruit flavors that are enlivened by abundantly foamy effervescence. Yes, as an “Extra Dry” rather than “Brut” bottling, it shows sweetness in the finish, but that works well with the floral aromas, and is counterbalanced by zesty acidity.
