Winemaker Brent Stone and his team at King Estate keep turning out the hits. This fine bottle of bubbles delivers a dry, deep Brut that carries a slight oxidative character that brings out notes of toasted bread that set off the apple and pear fruit profile nicely. A fine mousse gives a rich mouthfeel, and the finish is long with full integration already. I would recommend near-term drinking. Contains 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay.
