This is a reserved, even stately wine that seems quite shy when first poured, but then blossoms with air and warming into something quite expressive and complex. In addition to standard notes of fresh flowers, orange blossoms and peach fruit, this also shows an unusually prominent minerality that lends a real sense of refinement. The finish is long and impressively complex.
