Initial nosing of this Sauvignon Blanc will make you think you’ve got a lemon bomb on your hands, but some digging reveals much more — chamomile, pineapple, melon, fig and mild grassy notes are deftly layered and ride lively acidity though a mouth watering finish. The Musqué clone (48%) and some oak aging are used to great effect here. It will make a fabulous pairing partner for festive fish dishes or green salads.
