Her Mathilde Chapoutier Selection line includes wines she personally appreciates, yet remain dedicated to the terroir-focused approach and quality winemaking standards of M. Chapoutier. Duché d’Uzès is a small Southern Rhône appellation that earned its AOP status in 2013. Mathilde’s 2023 Solèdre is bright and crisp, showing strawberry cream and rose water. Blended from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, its refreshing profile makes it an easy evening sipper in any season.
