Producers seem to be increasingly inventive with the grapes they blend for a Rosé. Here Torres takes Pinot Noir and pairs it with Monastrell (also known as Mourvèdre and Mataro) to make a pleasant, slightly piquant wine that is light without being anemic and has a chalky minerality with a crisp finish. Made with organic grapes.
