Though not terribly complex, it’s hard to find authentic Pinot Noir at this price, which is why anyone with an interest in this varietal should embrace this bottling. It delivers light, bright red cherry-like flavors enrobed by mild tannins, making it an excellent choice for current drinking. It has sufficient oomph to match with broiled salmon.
