Edna Valley is still an underrated appellation, particularly when it comes to Pinot Noir, and this wine is making yet another argument that this Central Coast area is one of the premier regions for the grape. Bright citrus zest, cherry, damp earth, raspberry, vanilla and mulling spices come together thanks to just the right combination of viscosity and acidity. If you deep-fry turkey, this would make a great match.
