Opolo’s 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of east and west side fruit from Paso Robles that’s well selected, using the bright acidity of the west to tame the rich fruit of the east. This is still integrating it oak, but its showing blackberry, plum and toasty spice notes that linger long. This is a solid value. Contains 10% Malbec and 5% Petit Verdot.
