Paringa Estate is a pioneer in the Peninsula region, having planted Pinot Noir 30 years ago after Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Winemaker Jamie McCall reports a fantastic 2022 vintage for Mornington, and it is showing in this multi-clone blend. Harvested and made through handwork, 100% destemmed and spending 11 months on its lees. it delivers a solid cool climate vibe here, with wildflowers, fresh cherry, dry earth and herbs and acidic drive setting it up as a fish or chicken pairing partner.
