Composed of 44% fruit from 2021 and disgorged in March of 2025, this is an excellent Brut Zero that delivers fresh aromas of ripe yellow apple with a hint of oak toast, and follows through on the palate with bone dry style that accents the toasty character without wiping the fruit away. A perfect accompaniment for a ripe Brie or other medium strength cheeses, it does the work of cleansing the palate for the next bite in a way that gently asserts its own personality. Delicious! Contains 66% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Meunier.
