As with most traditional Italian Pinot Grigios the overriding theme here is delicacy. A light fragrance resembling fresh hay wafts up from the glass, and in the mouth gentle suggestions of juicy green apple and lime dominate. Serve this refreshing wine with fried food (chicken, shrimp), creamy cheeses, or mac and cheese.
